Sue Samuelson Award for Academic Excellence in American Studies (Ph.D.) Todd was awarded the Samuelson Award at Penn State Harrisburg, April 13, 2018. The award is funded by the Samuelson family of Fremont, California, in honor of American Studies faculty member Dr. Sue Samuelson (1956-1991), this award recognizes outstanding academic achievement by a doctoral student in American Studies.
